Pulled in, went to walk in the door hoping for a nail trim and some woman parked next to me goes "um what are you doing, over here" I said looking to get my dogs nails trimmed and asked if she worked there and she goes "yes and we're on vacation but I'm not the groomer." So I said oh okay and asked if she knew of another local place because my usual groomer was also closed today. Then she continues to give me attitude asking if I've ever been here before and how it's against the law for any groomer to cut nails unless my dog has a rabies certificate. While I proceeded to say I DO have one at home, she drives off. Looks like I will never be coming here when you're actually open. Absolutely unwelcoming with an unnecessary attitude whoever they were, owner or employee.

I called the day before asking for prices on a dog baths, and nails. They gave me the price of $70 for my German Shepherd, for full service, and $60 for my Mastiff mix. I made an appointment for the following day. While dropping them off the girl behind the counter told me "the owner said she will give a $10 discount this time but next time the Mastiff will be $70 also". They acted like they were doing me a favor with the $10 discount, but when I called the day before for prices they gave me $60 as the cost. They called me when my dogs were finished, and informed me that my Mastiff(which is under 2 yrs old, and still in puppy mode) was a handful, and that they were unable to cut her nails. As her owner I can understand how strong and difficult she can be, but that isn't the problem. The problem is that when I went in to pay, I was still charged the entire $60 for her. I said "it's still the full $60 even though you were unable to get her nails done?". The young lady states yes, and that it is what her boss told her to do. How can you still charge for a service you were unable to provide? The bath, and brush out was done well, but I will not go back for my monthly baths of my dogs, if this is how they choose to run their business.
